Sitting at the intersection of multiple organizations and communities--traditional, ecclesial, non-profit, etc.--I am fierce for inviting the archetype of circle wherever she is welcome. When human beings are open to and curious about gathering in new ways--invitation, not obligation; every voice is welcome; presumption of goodwill--each of us can learn and all of us can grow our Work into better outcomes for the common good, for more of us.
